Before beginning my internship with Huify, it was hard to imagine a marketing world that included the brilliance of the inbound methodology!

Inbound means that you’ll never have to worry about convincing someone they need your product/service and you’ll never interrupt your prospective buyers. Inbound is the past, present and future of marketing and the best way to capture customer lifetime value.

These days, when consumers make purchase decisions, they take to the web first. They want to find the best fit based on personality and affordability. They want to connect with unique companies that project their “thought leadership” in that specific product category.  Once they find you and realize that you may be a good fit, they’ve entered your sales funnel, and are that much closer to becoming a loyal customer. Why do I LOVE Inbound? There are 3 major reasons. It’s fun, affordable and extremely effective. As a company, you want to flock to where the masses are and that place (if you haven’t guessed already) is the giant realm of Social Media (which, for the most part, is free)! You can create and share relevant, vibrant and what would be ‘fun’ to your buyer persona’ content across multiple sites to further exemplify your industry leadership. You can hear straight from the horse’s mouth (#nofilter) and interact with your customers in ways that were never imagined.  You can host competitions, giveaways and share fun videos/photos that help your customer base get to know you as a company.
